We work with you to find the strongest messages to use in your PR efforts to differentiate yourself from competitors, build credibility, reach your target audiences, and stay within the limits of the Danish Marketing Act.

To make the most of your PR efforts and prevent accusations of greenwashing, we help you get the facts and documentation right. The media prefer to get numbers and documentation and supplement with personal stories.

We stay away from unsubstantiated sustainability claims, because according to the Danish Marketing Act, you can get in trouble if you don’t have independent third-party evidence of “green” claims about yourself.

In return, if it can increase the impact of the PR efforts, we work with external consultants and lawyers who can help provide documentation such as life cycle assessments (LCA) or other certifications.

In turn, when you comply with the strict Danish regulation, there is a high probability that you will also comply with them in the rest of the world.
