When we started the PR agency Kemp & Kjær in the 10s, we were surrounded by IT and tech companies at Islands Brygge in Copenhagen, which at the time had the largest concentration of tech scaleups in the Nordics. We became the agency that growth companies went to whenever they had ambitions to enter new markets or experienced a breakthrough, raised capital, made an acquisition or an exit, so we’ve done quite a lot of PR for M&A projects.

This has resulted in thousands of press mentions and sharpened messaging and communication strategies that have built trust and supported the brands of the many companies we have helped.
